Over 25 years of experience in Sales, Trading, and Commercial Management. Worked in Istanbul, Zurich, Kuala Lumpur, Lausanne, Moscow and now Zug. Held senior trading positions and co-founded and acted as the CEO of a trading company. Most recently was the Director of Sales and Distribution of a major Russian producer and board member of a fertilizer terminal. Holds an MBA degree jointly issued by New York University Stern, London School of Economics, and HEC Paris. He is also an alumnus of the Advanced Executive Management Program of Kellogg School of Management.

Iulian has an extensive career of over 25 years in the fertilizer industry, showcasing a wealth of experience and expertise. His professional journey has taken him to various global locations, including Zurich, Madrid, Mexico City, Guatemala City, Sao Paulo, and Tampa. Throughout his career, Iulian has held significant regional responsibilities in Brazil and Central America, eventually rising to oversee the entire region. In the past four years, Iulian served as Vice President for Latin America and Canada at a leading global manufacturing fertilizer company. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business and commerce from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Six years as COO at Cargoo AG focused on driving digital transformation in the supply chain industry. Holds a Master’s in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Northwestern University of Applied Sciences (FNHW) in Brugg.

Prior to that, he started his careers in banking/commodity structured finance with Raiffeisen Bank International, DBS and OUB.
Wallace is now a Director of Pine Energy Pte Ltd. He oversees the overall business development, commercials, banking & trade finance and risk management for the coal, minerals & metals and biofuels operations.
