Change at the Board of Directors
Mr. Orol has joined Hexagon on April 1, 2019, as Chief Executive Officer. “Santiago brings a wealth of experience both in management and in global trading to the Board that will be beneficial to the further growth and development of the company. We are truly happy to welcome him to the Board, and we look forward to his ideas and his contributions,” said the Board in a recent statement. At the same time, Mr. Hans-Peter Mark will leave the Board of Directors. Mr. Mark has been a Member of the Board and the Secretary since the inception of Hexagon. The Board thanks Mr. Mark for his time and valuable contributions, and wishes him all the best. Mr. Mark continues to be closely connected to Hexagon as the company’s legal and fiscal adviser.
