Hexagon expands into Poland with the establishment of Hexagon Polska Sp. z o.o.
Hexagon is pleased to announce the official opening of Hexagon Polska Sp. z o.o., effective 1 March 2026.
The launch follows the successful creation of Hexagon France and represents a further step in the Group’s continued European expansion.
The new Polish entity strengthens Hexagon’s presence in a key strategic fertilizer market. Poland’s strong economic fundamentals and central position in Europe provide an attractive platform for sustainable growth and for further reinforcing the Group’s solid footprint across European fertilizer markets.
Mathias Eisert has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Hexagon Polska and will lead the Company’s operations and strategic development in the region. His focus will be on building a strong local platform, fostering long-term partnerships, and creating synergies across Hexagon’s European operations to drive disciplined growth.

Piotr brings over 16 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, having held senior roles at Ameropa and Trammo AG, where he specialized in fertilizer, raw material trading and product management.
His deep industry knowledge and strategic expertise will further strengthen Hexagon’s global ammonia trading activities and support our continued growth in this key market.

We are pleased to announce that our youngest daughter company Qingdao Hexagon Fertilizers Co. Ltd. has opened its offices in the beautiful city of Qingdao in the Shandong province. The company is a 100% daughter company of Hexagon Fertilizers Asia Pte Ltd and shall represent Hexagon in the People’s Republic of China. We are happy and excited about this important milestone for our company and look forward to continue growing our presence in this important market.
